Surah Waqiah (Al-Waqiah) - سورة الواقعة; translated as "The Inevitable" or "The Event," is the 56th surah (chapter) of the Quran. Revealed in Mecca, it consists of a total of 96 verses and is part of Juz 27. This surah is also referred to as vaqia, waqiya, and Waqia.
